“Do you want to brush your teeth now? Or in 5 minutes?”
“Should we play at the park for ten minutes? Or fifteen minutes?”
This is how my kids hear everything framed. Every direction I give them provides a measure of control to them. They always have a choice, an opportunity to use their voice, and this allows them to develop a sense of control over their world and their place in it…even if they know that control is limited to option A or option B.
This is the power of Fixed Choice.
More to come…

I believe we've all got the answers within us, we've simply got to reach out and grasp them; the answers we seek are like birds fluttering about in an aviary. Sometimes, it's helpful to have a guide, a "midwife of ideas," to help, support, and prompt us to reach out and take hold of our own internal wisdom.
I would be honored to support you in this endeavor, and we can learn the lessons life has to offer, together.
Peace,
Chris "Kringle" MacDonald
